At Finanzahoyar S.R.L. ("Finanzahoyar", "we") we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the complementary rules issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide when filling out the subscription form (name and email) and limited technical data (IP address, browser type and pages visited) through analytical cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you the requested informational newsletter, respond to inquiries, improve the platform's content and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your data to build automated profiles or to make decisions that produce legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (Article 5, Law 25,326), granted upon accepting this policy and submitting the form.

We keep your data while your subscription is active and up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
